As you may have seen on Facebook yesterday, pupils from our school have recently been making a post-box which is now in it's final stages of completion. The post-box's main purpose is... you guessed it... to allow all members of the school's community to post letter to each other and it will certainly come in handy on occasions like Christmas, Easter and of course Valentine's Day.
Apart from from being a whole lot of fun, the post-box is also aimed towards teaching skills in writing letters and the importance of this 'stone age' but still used today form of communication.
It is also a great way for children to be able to communicate directly and anonymously to the Headmaster and staff any suggestions or requests they may have about learning at the school, any concerns or issues they may be experiencing in the community or simply and hopefully letters informing us about how much fun everything is, how wonderful their fellow friends are and how much they they enjoy their maths homework.
