Dear parents and students,
Here is the organization for Monday:
English: Write a full report about pandas using PCM 1.6.19 or PCM 1.6.20 (I will let you know which one you need to use). Then, check your report for any mistakes. Did you use punctuation correctly? (capital letters, finger spaces and fulls stops)
Extra challenge: Add more facts about pandas to your report. Remember to rehearse your sentences orally to make sure that they make sense. Look at this video for inspiration:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNxx8jVEm3I
Phonics: Have a go at reading some sentences with the 'ea' sound. Complete 'find the ee and ea' worksheet. Extra challenge: Can you think of your own words with the 'ee' and 'ea' sound? You can write them in your phonics book.
Maths:On a white piece of paper or a squared-paper you are going to write numbers sentences using a 100-square grid. The same as in the previous adding 10 lesson. You are going to put a small toy on the number you choose and another small toy to subtract 10. Then you will write your number sentence.
For example: 52-10=
Extra challenge: Complete the 'missing numbers beginning' worksheet.
I will also do some reading with children during our individual lessons.
Kind regards,
Miss Aneta Kowalska
