Dear parents and students,
Here is the organization for Tuesday:
Phonics: Have a go at reading some words with the split digraph 'e-e' sound. Then, have a go at finding real and fake words using 'Phase 5 Real and Nonsense words for e-e'. You will need 2 different coloured pencils. One for real words and one for fake words. Extra challenge: Can you write your own sentences with the words with the e-e sound?
English: Look at the front cover of the stimulus text 'Eco Apes Grow Food'. What do you think the book will be about? Write a sentence for your prediction. Then, read the book to see whether your prediction was correct. Extra challenge: What do you think Eco Apes should grow next?
Maths: Write number bonds to 13 and 14. What two numbers make 13 and 14. How many are there? Extra challenge: Complete P10 of Y1 WB3.
I will do an introduction for each activity during our group lesson at 9am.
Kind regards,
Miss Aneta Kowalska
