1. Introduction of 3D shapes: sphere, cone, pyramid, cube, cuboid, cylinder. It is a new topic so children will need some time to practice the names. For that you can:

3. Talk about the book „Eco Apes Grow Food”- discuss again what the book was about.
Long term task: Grow your own food (watercress, chive, bean or other) and at the end, prepare a meal with it, document it by taking photos, writing and illustrating a journal.

Here are some tasks for today:
1. Introduction of 3D shapes: sphere, cone, pyramid, cube, cuboid, cylinder. It is a new topic so children will need some time to practice the names. For that you can:
- Ask the children to find some objects at home that resemble the shapes.
- Play some memory games. Ask them to repeat the names, then ask them to close their eyes, remove one or two shapes and when they open their eyes, ask them which one is missing.
- Hide the shapes around the house, ask them to find for example: cube. You can also draw a treasure map with written names of the hidden shapes.
