Dear parents and students,
Here is the organization for Tuesday:
Phonics: Recapping the 'wh' and 'ph' sounds. Have a go at reading some words with the 'wh' and 'ph' sounds. Then, complete 'Wh and Ph Sound Matching Activity' worksheet. Extra challenge: Can you write some sentences with words with the 'wh' and 'ph' sound?
English: Today we are going to look at a new book 'Panther and Frog'. The book will be allocated to you on the activelearn website. Read all the way to page 11 and stop. Then, answer this question: What do you think might happen? Write down your answer and go back to the book to see if you were correct.
Maths: Today we are going to continue telling the time on analogue and digital clocks. Complete, pages 41 and 42 of Y1 WB3. Extra challenge: Have a go at reading some more times on analogue an digital clocks using the 'Digital and Analogue Clocks' worksheet.
