Dear parents and students,
Here is the organization for Friday:
English: Take a look at the rhyme on PCM 1.7.8. Each of those sentences contain an exclamation mark. It is a special full stop which show an exaggerated expression such as: surprised, happy, excited or just loud. Then, complete the sentences on PCM 1.7.9 by adding an exclamation mark.
Maths: Today we are going to explore capacities. Complete pages 19, 20 and 21 of Y1 WB3.
Science: Continuing our animals topic. Today we are going to identify animals as mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians and birds. Look at the 'Animal Groups' report. Then, create a poster for each group of animals (Animals Poster). Give at least one example of an animal belonging to each group and at least one fact about this group of animals. You can get some further ideas from the YouTube links sent in the 'Science Activities Plan'.
I will do an introduction for all activities at 10am.
Kind regards,
Miss Aneta Kowalska
