Jason has taught in international schools for over 5 years, and has been teaching English since 2004. He is an IB examiner in the areas of Language & Literature and Theory of Knowledge. Jason is an amateur philosopher, musician and writer and lives in Szczecin with his Polish Wife and two children.

From 2014 to 2018 taught as secondary school teacher (mineralogy and spectrography, physical geology) in Technical Secondary School. Has experience teaching physical and historical geology, sedimentology, marine geology, marine and terrestrial sedimentary environments, geography of Poland, laboratories and workshops. In his free time, enjoys Scuba diving, cycling, travelling and mineral collecting.

Mrs. Halina completed MA studies in pedagogy at the Catholic University of Lublin, postgraduate studies in Vocational counselling at the College of Humanities in Szczecin, the Study of Sociotherapy and Youth Psychotherapy at the Krakow Psychodynamic Center, Theology of Internal Life at the Pontifical Faculty of Theology in Warsaw and has completed multiple psychology training sessions. She worked as a pedagogue, sociotherapist, vocational counsellor and English language teacher in various types of schools (from kindergarten to high school). She loves to stimulate student's passion and curiosity through the methods of pedagogy of fun, drama, Origami art. Above all she has an empathic and individualized approach to each student. Outside of work, she likes spending time with friends, playing piano, swimming, cycling and walking in the mountains.

In the meantime she is a bandleader and both a trombonist and a vocalist of the local jazz band SWING LOVERS, which she has started in 2002 with local pianist Stefan Lubkowski. The band performs locally and around the Europe and propagates such kinds of jazz like swing and Dixieland. A laureate of a prize of Dixieland competition Old Jazz Meeting ZŁOTA TARKA 2003 and Szczecin artistic scholarship 2008.
When she doesn’t sing , play or teach, she loves biking , swimming and sightseeing .
