As an Academy we are proud of our extra curricular activities. We know that pupils between the age of 11 and 14 thrive when engaged in interesting hobbies such as sports, musical instrument lessons or technology clubs so we like to encourage pupils to take up hobbies and can almost always find a little extra something in which each individual can tweak their skills.

- To encourage the development of important learning skills such as the ability to research, analyse and interpret information in sources.
- To continue improving skills in literacy, numeracy and science at a higher level.
- To improve communication skills between students through group activities and projects.
- To nurture cultural sensitivity, respect, tolerance and moral and ethical understanding for different cultural backgrounds in a International environment.
